一、依據(jù)爐墻厚度將聲波吹灰器附有的密封板定位。
1、 Position the sealing plate attached to the acoustic soot blower based on the thickness of the furnace wall.
二、將聲波吹灰器伸向吹灰器孔,把密封板焊接于爐墻鋼板上,并與吹灰器的直管焊接即可。
2、 Extend the sonic soot blower towards the soot blower hole, weld the sealing plate onto the furnace wall steel plate, and weld it to the straight pipe of the soot blower.
三、連接氣源配管,先在鍋爐吹灰器法蘭處加平蓋堵板,松開法蘭間隙進行管道吹掃,吹灰氣源為6-8kg高壓氣源,必須在承認悉數(shù)管道吹掃潔凈的前提下(一般須吹掃3小時以上)才可撤掉堵板,接通管路。
3、 Connect the gas source piping, first add a flat cover and plug plate at the flange of the boiler soot blower, loosen the flange gap, and perform pipeline purging. The soot blowing gas source is a 6-8kg high-pressure gas source, and the plug plate can only be removed and connected to the pipeline after acknowledging that all pipelines are purged clean (usually for at least 3 hours).

卡澀本身沒有什么風險,最多便是燒壞吹灰器上的小電機,沒什么大不了的,可是假如在吹灰過程中槍管卡澀導(dǎo)致不能及時退出的話,費事就大了。首先,不能即使退出,在過熱器部分溫度很高,可能使槍管軟化下垂,時刻越久越退不出來,最壞的后果是最后砸壞受熱面。然后,吹灰器卡澀不能及時退出可能導(dǎo)致蒸汽長時刻沖刷受熱面管子,造成管壁減薄,最后可能爆管停爐。
There is no risk of jamming itself. At most, it is to burn out the small motor on the soot blower, which is not a big deal. However, if the gun barrel is jammed during the soot blowing process and cannot be exited in a timely manner, it will be more troublesome. Firstly, it is not possible to exit even if the temperature in the superheater is too high, which may cause the barrel to soften and sag, and the longer the time, the more it cannot be withdrawn. The worst consequence is that the heating surface will be damaged in the end. Then, if the soot blower gets stuck and fails to exit in a timely manner, it may cause the steam to wash away the heating surface pipes for a long time, causing thinning of the pipe wall, and ultimately leading to pipe explosion and boiler shutdown.
處理的話,假如不是卡在爐膛里都好說,加油加脂,保證執(zhí)行機構(gòu)的光滑。要是卡在爐膛里了,盡量往外拔吧,合作導(dǎo)鏈、火焊,一點點的往外抽。
If it's not stuck in the furnace, it's easy to say. Add oil and grease to ensure the smoothness of the actuator. If it gets stuck in the furnace, try to pull it out as much as possible, cooperate with the guide chain and flame welding, and gradually pull it out.
